October 11, 2018 - Crisp and assertive. Grapefruit notes. Mineral and citrus zest. Smooth finish with acidic body in balance with slight floral and more citrus. Very nice.

March 22, 2016 - 100% Furmint from a very difficult vintage made by Hungary's preeminent winemaker. Presumably most of the single vineyard grapes were included to prop this wine up. Rather muted nose w. hints of roasted peanuts, cider and sg. vegetal. No fruits. The palate is dominated by aggressive and blunt acidity that is in no way refreshing. Even with considerable residual sugar it's way off balance. An awkward wine leaning towards sherry.
