July 23, 2020 - Tangy, smoky, lean but ripe with delicious cherry fruit and excellent mineral cut in the finish. Best after 1 hour open.

June 9, 2020 - A very elegant, old-world styled red with a very fine lacy texture from the volcanic soils. Lighter-bodied and ethereal with a good snap of earthy cherry fruit that leads to a complex finish with notes of wild cherry spice and crunchy minerals. Faded off a bit after 2 hours so I would be inclined to drink this soon.

Do not understand anything about the pinot noir/burgundian comment below. It is as far from burgundy as you can get. This is more like fresh, unoaked tempranillo. However the grape in the wine listan negro.
