August 19, 2018 - Ripe, with a stone-fruit and tropical profile, but still light and lithe with bright, lifting acidity, and a bit of lime on the slate mineral finish. Really delightful, and fully ready to drink, but doesn't seem old at all.

January 19, 2017 - Drinking great right now. Juicy, bright, with apple and tropical notes, excellent acidity and moderate sweetness. It was heaven with a dish of scallops, succulent pork belly, and salty sea beans. A knockout spatlese.
