  August 5, 2017 - Light pale greenish yellow. Lots of tropical notes on the nose with some melon and guava. Sharp acidity (7.5/10) and a tad unbalanced. Touch of grass on the palate with notes of melon, lemon zest, and a touch herbaceous. Crisp and solid minerality. Light bodied and medium finish. Drink till 2019.

  August 5, 2017 - Guava on the palate which initially made me think of Chile. Some light dustiness indicates otherwise.
  
  Other tropical fruits on the palate with boiled sweets. and acidity coming through but not too overpowering. 7/10 acid

  June 24, 2017 - Gooseberry, melon, and lime zest with a floral herbaceous grassy note ( not as strong as New Zealand sauv blanc) and a hint of jasmine. A delightful Sauvignon blanc. Went great with grilled rock fish.
