August 24, 2019 - Solange is the daughter of Laurent Tribut, who is the brother in law of Dauvissat. I bought this on a wimp, and cracked it with some good friends.
Mineral, farmy, a little brett, citrus, unripe mango, and other unripe tropical fruit. This is extremely mineral with discrete oak on the palate, rice, unripe fruits, lemon rind, and a racing acidity.
This is properly amazing! Text-book high quality Chablis. I will save my second bottle for another year or two. Buy this on sight, it's such a good deal! -

August 2, 2019 - Igjen en strålende flaske. Typeriktig Chablis-nese med god kompleksitet for nivået. Nydelig integrerte aromaer og flott presisjon. Moderat fruktmodning i munn og strålende syre. God lengde. Kommunevin på topp.

July 13, 2019 - Blek strågul, svært lys og fin farge. For en flott nese. Lett undermoden grønn frukt og sitrusskall. Østersskall og ristede hasselnøtter. Aromatisk «layered» og integrert. Chablis-typisk, men med særpreg. Særdeles flott vin også i munn. Nydelig integrerte smaker som fungerer godt sammen. Salig frukt med trykk, pent sammenvevd med syrlige og salte komponenter. Begynnende modning. Upåklagelig lengde. Uimotståelig Chablis!

December 27, 2017 - Un beau Chablis village, sans anicroche, équilibré. Des arômes de fruits jaunes légèrement mûrs et une texture légèrement grasse qui vont très bien avec le saumon rôti.
