  July 7, 2017 - A no frills Bordeaux. Lots of smokey Merlot with a very notable green streak, leads the way with some tannic underpinning. Not much concentration or complexity. Great buy at <$12 for a very basic Bordeaux.

  November 20, 2016 - The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

  Over the years, Jean-Marc and Catherine have built up the estate from 27 hectares to over 100 hectares, the majority of which are used to produce red wine. Work in the vineyard is necessary to control the vigour of the vines, and control yields in the Entre-deux-Mers region where soils are heavy and rainfall plentiful.
