April 21, 2023 - I'm suprise by the low rating for this wine. My bottle was in a perfect spot to be drunk right now. With a color that started to get garnet, a very forestly nose with mushrooms, forest floor, leather. A very intense palate, with little hars tannins, still lively acidity and a long finish. I would not wait long to drink this, max 2 years.

September 4, 2019 - Dark clear ruby color. Refreshing fruit driven nose of cherry and pomegranate. Quite a mouthful of fruit on entry, pulls back a bit on the middle and ends with a nice bit of liquorice and sandy tannins. This is quite fruit driven but in an old world way with a fair bit of additional complexity. Nice bottle.

    May 6, 2019 - Grappe Piemonte 2, vin:1

February 22, 2019 - Not a very pleasant taste. Even if 2013 and eas well decanted the aftertaste was raw.

July 31, 2017 - Dark cherry, a dash of menthol and cinnamon, liquorice on the nose. A slick of acidity on entry that continues to surge through the midpalate, raspy drying tannins, slightly muddled red berry, black tea, tar and liquorice flavours. Medium bodied. Seems to lack a bit of fruit and composure at this stage. Expected a little bit more from an acclaimed cru such as Pajorè. Maybe it is a root day.
