November 6, 2011 - the 2010 just arrived and I couldn't resist...P&P. beautiful expression of PN on the primary fruit. eye: bright pink-red, translucent. nose: at first it smelled like Marc, but this blew off after a few minutes. fresh, primary (mostly cherry) fruit, earthy and mineral undertones appear with time. palate: light-to-medium body, good (and tasty) acid profile. smooth and balanced mouthfeel. finely grained tannins.15 Caudalie. this should age well for a few years and peak in 3-5 years. very nice effort.
