January 6, 2017 - Unfortunately lightly corked. Still pleasing but not full-tilt.

December 15, 2016 - Nice Spanish Cava. Refreshing as it should be, it's not exceedingly acidic. Light palate. Good cost benefit

October 1, 2016 - Pale lemon colour with many small bubbles. Clean and fully developed nose displaying moderate scents of lemon peel, green apple, pear, rye bread and toasted almonds.

It is off-dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium alcohol strength and a medium- body with a delicate mousse. It has medium+ intensity aromas and a medium+ finish.

Is is a very good sparkling wine. It has a nice concentration and a persistent finish. It also shows some complexity provided by autolysis, but not enough to consider it outstanding.
