June 11, 2017 - 90% syrah and 10% grenache. 14.1% alcohol. Salmon pink color. Red cherry is prominent on a nose that features ample red fruit. The palate is crisply acidic with red cherry and mineral, but there is a touch of heat, evident but not distracting, on he back end as well. Overall, this is a fun rose that is slightly bigger than most. It paired well with taboulhi and grilled chicken because it could handle the herbaceousness and acidity of the taboulhi, and it did not get overwhelmed by the chicken because of its bigger style. Well done.

August 8, 2016 - An excellent rose enjoyed chilled with a group of friends at a summer BBQ. The wine has a nice nose of fruit and some spice and is delicious on the pallate with summer fruit, spice, and a juicy balance. This is ready to enjoy.
