March 15, 2019 - Rich and intense ripe fruit, as expected. Black cherry, plum, cherry liqueur and licorice. There is a nice aromatic lift from a little whole bunch. Violet and a very faint eucalyptus. It’s big but it isn’t heavy. There is well balanced acidity giving it vibrancy. Some herbs and smoke on the finish. It’s very good if you like big wines.
