March 25, 2020 - Bright red raspberry fruit; ripe, but not cooked. Tannins sharp at first, but 15 minutes in the air made a big difference. Overall, two words I've maybe never used together: restrained Zinfandel. So maybe not a poster child for the varietal, but we enjoyed it.

Ed in Montana Does not like this wine: 50 points
May 16, 2017 - Strange burnt plastic bouquet and taste, but not corked that I could tell. The boquet and taste got worse on the second day, even though I had resealed the bottle. Threw half the bottle out.
