July 10, 2016 - Pale yellow with good mousse. Fruity and with a nice minerality on the nose, and with notes of citrus, green apples and toasted bread. Youthful and fresh on the palate, with high acidity and a nice minerality, and notes of citrus, green apples, chalk and brioche. Very fresh and nice cava!
