October 31, 2018 - Elegant aromas of men's aftershave, floral and oak spice with sweet black fruit. The palate has a lovely medium weight to it with blackberry and currant fruit, spiciness too, but there's a hint of greenness on the finish which I have not detected on this vintage before. To be fair I'm drinking this wine cellar cool and perhaps it could be a little warmer so the tannins are a little more prominent than normal but nonetheless a very enjoyable wine which will get better with age. I've drunk this wine at 25 years old at its still very good!

April 6, 2018 - Notes consistent with last time, BlackBerry and olives on the nose and palate. Elegant flavours and pronounced savoury finish. A lovely wine which matures beautifully, I’ve had this wine at over 20 years old.

August 11, 2017 - Beautiful fragrant aromas of blackberry fruit and floral notes. The palate has a concentrated texture, blackberry and blackcurrant plus black olives and tapenade on the long savoury finish. Getting better each year of maturity.

April 10, 2016 - Lovely fragrant aromas of blackberry, herbs, spice and cedar. The flavours are concentrated with blackberry fruit at the start followed by a fine, savoury finish. This wine is still in it's primary phase but is aready lovely now.
