May 7, 2021 - Very approachable but still young. Enjoyable nevertheless and just very good quality overall.

October 27, 2019 - big, beautiful, lush wine, dark fruits, currants, blackberries, well integrated, long finish, makes you want to come back for more

April 4, 2019 - Off a wine list where everything else was 2-3x and this was somehow like a 20% mark-up off retail. You don't see that that often (esp in NYC although this was not NYC). So even though it's a higher price than I might normally do, I went for it. And it's really nice. So super young. I mean this isn't wine you can drink on it's own level of young. Even with a nice decant. But this was a steakhouse and in that context with this wine it really did very well. It's soft and a bit velvety and at times a more intense fruit shines through but there is some acidity to balance in this more muted way. It's not over ripe, but there's just a touch more alcohol than you would like and yet with some time in the glass that burns off pretty well. Bit of sediment gathering now, but not over the top. Very tasty. Esp tasty with red meat.

March 1, 2019 - Excellent bouquet of black and blue berries with a sweetness running through. Behemoth body with lots of fat and glycerin and supple fruit. Long finish as this is a high pedigree Napa without question.
