January 4, 2017 - This is not much more than a Perle, and it is a bit better. The Fondantore riserva was too pricy for how little better than Perle it was. But this one matches the improvement. We also compared it in the glass to a cheaper spumante. The other one was like spralking water with vodka in it. The Ferrari was deep golden, stone fruits, almond paste, bread dough.

February 11, 2016 - Gambero Rosso Trebicchieri San Francisco. nice mousse, refreshing after all the reds, nose of apple and citrus, medium body, very tasty, surprised me it could age this well, long, long finish.
