March 11, 2011 - Flat and uninteresting, and a tad hot to boot. Maybe waited too long, maybe there just wasn't much there to begin with.

April 10, 2010 - Lovely wine, full of chocolate and black cherry, deep color, bit of mocha, long finish. Quite a bit of sediment in the bottle. I know this wine is out of fashion, but kudos to Rick Small for his dedication to excellent Washington merlot.
