June 12, 2023 - Not bad for being past it’s prime. Raisiny with a chalky mouth-feel. Got lost in the back of the rack waiting for guests to come back after pandemic. Acceptable at best.

July 2, 2017 - Dark fruits, but definitely fading. Graphite, and a little herbal. Solid, but not awesome

January 1, 2017 - I agree with JROBS7777's most recent comment - a very pleasant wine, though not outstanding. It is certainly not too old as of New Year's Day, 2017. Dark fruit with a modest array of secondary notes (which I did not bother to identify or record). Moderate finish. The mount feel was a bit thin. A nice glass to go with our New Year rib roast.

November 12, 2016 - Hey this is not that bad. It seems to have a emerged from a little sleep. It's not a knockout but it has turned into a nice solid wine. Secondary notes still framed by some fruit. Nice.

May 30, 2015 - I hadn't had a Bordeaux all year and saw this in my cellar with a drink after 2012 on the bottle tag so pulled it off the rack. Pomeral has always been a favorite region of mine and I was hoping for a good experience. Well the wine fell flat. It was flabby, tired and underwhelming. Had a raisiny nose and short finish.
