Nose on blackberry and cocoa. Well balanced wine. Tannins softening. -

July 16, 2019 - Initial notes while decanting. Deep opaque eggplant 🍆. Big nose of cocoa, blackberries and black cherry. Initial blast of alcohol and acidity but that blew off with a little air time. Really nice dry integrated tannins and cocoa flavor comes out after an hour. Medium plus body. Decant for an hour or two and you’ll be rewarded. Solid 94. Wish I had more.
