July 15, 2018 - Half bottle. Deep golden amber. Ripe, low pitched brown sugar/apricot nose. Sweet and unctuous, not terribly complex, no botrytis, slightly bitter finish that was less than completely pure. Still, lots to this considering that it's a 42 year old half bottle! The warm, baked quality of the vintage comes through, though.
