December 25, 2023 - Served with Prime Rib. Blackberries, black currents and cedar/spice on palate. Long finish with the tannins rounded out by the beef. Great structure that should drink well for 5-10 years.

May 9, 2021 - Drinking great with some air. Black fruit and long finish. Great pairing with prime NY Strips reverse seared and grilled vegetables.
