nailed it. Nose was so typical. Honey, yuzu and discreet hazelnuts. Great concentration and precision. Great elegant finish with a lot of power. 98-99. For the next 3 decades.

nailed it. This is perfection. Getting some minimal aging signs (roasted macadamia) to put it one dimension higher. Lime, honey, everything is in balance. I still had the taste two hours later. 100
August 7, 2021 - Still to young to fully evaluate. Performing than the regular vintage cuvee, but yet unclear exactly what this will be when it grows up.

May 15, 2021 - Very ripe and very high acid in a way that reminds me of '96. Drank this over several hours and it initially came off as big and ripe and then it tightened up and the acid became much more prominent. Lots of raw material here but it doesn't fully come together in a harmonious way (right now at least). Seemed a little bit more Krug than CdM in that I didn't get the classic CdM minerality and precision and it was relatively big and broad. A very good champagne by reasonable standards but not a great CdM in my opinion, though maybe with time it'll come together. 92?

Unbelievable fresh, The nose is distinctive, great concentration and power but the finish is as always elegant and precise. A monster for the next two decades. 99 (100)

I guessed CdA 2002. So much power and concentration. Less honey and nuts than usually. Beautifully young. A touch more depth than Milliseme and CdA today. 99

nailed it. One hour before I had CdM 04 blindly (I guessed CdA 02) and it was close to perfection but this was it. 100
Everything at the right place. Lemontarte, honey, roasted nuts and perfect cracking acidity.
