December 11, 2023 - Drinking very nicely already but dominated by cassis and graphite which will subside as some of the secondary and tertiary flavours begin to come through. very enjoyable now but probably better in 5+ years.

December 3, 2023 - 1st wine in a 2015 Bordeaux cru classé mini flight - decanted 90 mins - wood notes on the nose with hints of plums and spices, developing greatly over 2 hours. Rich balanced wine, tannins softish and slightly green giving an austere edge. This probably needs more time to be at its best but enjoyable enough now.

November 18, 2023 - Cassis and earthy tones.
There is a clear dominance of graphite that needs to calm down with more age, probably another ten years. No surprise for a Pauillac.
