March 20, 2021 - Excellent! Floral, fruity, dry and smooth. Great with baked halibut and lemon eggplant risotto.

January 3, 2021 - Lovely blend of 70% Semillon & 30% SB in which the SB characteristics appear to dominate. Med yellow color, with a slight gold hue. Med to med (+), aromas of fresh herbs, cut grass, ripe lemon, white flowers, green apple, white peach. No oak. Dry, with med (+) acidity, med alcohol (12.5%) and a slight savory and mineral bitterness on the med (+) finish. Good representative, with good QPR. Still drinking well at 5 years, with the potential for several more.

    A: pale gold
N: medium (+) nose of cream, malt, yellow apple, green grass ,peach, vanilla, butter, nuts. Wet rock
P: creamy, Dry, medium (+)( acid, no pb, medium alcohol, full body, medium (+) intensity, medium (+) length
C: balanced acid - fruit and primary, secondary and tertiary. Great length and good finish. Very clear and focused aromas. Outstanding quality wine with some complexity.

    Guesses
Wet rock minerality from Old World
The acidity and nature of the fruit says cool to moderate climate. I was going to Cote d’Or but was pulled back by the grass. I opted for white Bordeaux and was right.
