  September 15, 2023 - Clear fairly deep garnet. Red cherry and tobacco nose. Tannic at first, will keep a while.

  March 5, 2023 - Pink/purplish rim with dark ruby center. Concentrated black fruits, cherry, and wood. Youthful and energetic. Soft tannin and medium finish. Wine was slightly on the acidic and nervous side upon opening. 3 hours of breathing had calmed the nervousness and restored harmony in the wine.

  January 16, 2023 - Lesser St. Julien bought to serve at parties but did want to taste it before foisting it upon any guests. One-hour decant through a screened and aerating funnel. Muted nose during decant. No sediment. Wine was clear; ruby bowl to a lighter rim. After resting (surprisingly): nice nose of black and red currants and some unresolved oak. In the mouth: soft yet yummy with the currants leading the way. Not terribly complex and a bit thin on the finish. Nice party (or picnic) wine. It struggled to keep up with the steak dinner.

  November 5, 2021 - Finally !!!!! Number 3 bottle showed something after 4h opening ! No decant !
  Wine is now ripe and acidity is there !
  
  It was about time ! So revisiting my previous rating from 88 to 90.
  
  But as suggested by the community to drink now - no need to wait
