August 17, 2021 - After drinking many bottles of this wine right after its release and marveling at how delicious and approachable it was, I am delighted to have discovered another bottle in the cellar. Popped and poured. Pretty, opaque dark blood red. Red legs. Very lovely spice and red fruit aromas. Classic, light-bodied wine with surprisingly good grip and depth, this glides across the palate in enticing fashion. Turns woody and tarry on the finish, but really quite interesting even if not your typical bordeaux. Still I preferred it younger while it was fresher, without the turn to the dark side on the finish. 5-12-15-7: 89/100.

January 16, 2021 - My first try of this right bank Chateau,
an offer at a retailer now, so give this a "chance", labeled with 90%Mer and 10% CF, high ABV at 14,5%,
reading this I have some prejudice, cause the high ABV is not mine normally, so pnp, let us see,
strong fragrance of rich, juicy black fruit, some vanilla, cedar, tobacco,
initially with good grip, the full bodied juicy fruit is very tasty, but predominant at this stage of evaluation, creamy flow, so good barrel treatment here, one of this crowd pleasing bottlings, but in a good way, well structured, with fine tannin, long aftertaste,
I think will evolve with some more time in your cellar, 3- 5+ more years will lead to a more balanced showing, good QPR at around 27€ today, the only tiresome thing about this bottle is the for me too high ABV!
    **(*-?), around 89, 90(+) potential

October 13, 2020 - Far too young, this needs at another couple of years in the bottle before it hits its drinking window. I am annoyed with myself for opening this, but it shows its future potential, and I can see this living up to the initial critical ratings. But why oh why are we starting to regularly see new world levels of alcohol content in right bank Bordeaux; this is 14.5%.

August 31, 2020 - Oh so Merlot. Lots (too much for me) of ripe, sweet fruit. Nice balance and clearly very well made. Did I drink this too young? Will the fruit mellow over time. Don’t know. Not to my taste but I can see why it is highly rated.
