  February 1, 2023 - 5 years since my last bottle. Quite dense, packed full of minerals, apricot, gooseberry, pastry cream; a hint of mint and a slug of oak. Oh yeah, a hint of cat pee too. Still quite tightly coiled, almost painfully so, with a laser beam of acid. Not one for haters of Sauvignon blanc typicity, but I enjoyed it a lot.

  Interessanter Wein. Komplex und langer Nachhall.
  Allerdings noch recht dominierendes Holz.
  In ein paar Jahren nochmal versuchen.

  September 22, 2018 - A bit tight as this point but the underlying material shows enough of the delicious potential. This is well made and the finish holds a good, long while. Outstanding 92+

  August 18, 2018 - Seems like it has a lot of potential, but a bit locked down and angular right now. Oak sticks out, acid and minerals jab at each other. Tightly coiled with good acid and some hints of lime, green apple and tropical fruit underneath. Finish is sneaky long. I’d hold another 2-3 years before trying another... or possible a long decant. 88.
  
  Day 2. Has really shifted into another gear. Oak is more harmonious and providing heft and more subtle aromatics to the citrus and mineral core. More barely ripe apricot as well. 90.
