Really enjoyable with good acid and fruit

February 21, 2024 - E brought this for our "Dragon Vintage" theme gathering, but it was not a Dragon vintage. Yellowish colour, good nose, oily palate, firm structure, a typical BDX white with years to go. Good to pair with Chinese food!

October 28, 2023 - Gooseberry fruit, fresh with spices and beautiful floral top notes. Also linoleum. On the palate missing maybe just a tad of acidity for freshness, otherwise good balance. This has been a hit-and-miss wine so far, fortunately this was a hit bottle.

October 25, 2023 - Interesting wine. Seems fully mature with low levels of acidity although I fully admit I rarely drink white bordeaux.

February 17, 2023 - Completely oxidized. This bottle was from a case purchased en primeur and stored under ideal conditions since. Out of 4 bottles consumed since 2019, this is the second with premox. The last oxed bottle in Dec 2021 was still drinkable and just felt much more aged than it should be. It seems things were really going downhill since.
