May 14, 2020 - Wow. Extremely smooth and elegant. Would have guessed young left bank bordeaux blanc. Superbly delicious. Drink now or hold.

Taste: a very different wine with a long finish and character of almonds, steel, grass, light lemon. A higher alcohol taste than my notes said when i tasted at the winery.1 person found this helpful -

December 24, 2018 - Served with ajiaco Bogotano, a traditional, Colombian hearty chicken and potato soup. Tasted blind, a guest with a well-developed palate mistook it for a dry-style sauternes of classified growth caliber. The 42% semillon comes through by offering a generous, rich mouth feel. Wine maker's notes explain that the name Seta means silk in Italian; it's the perfect name for this wine.
