September 29, 2020 - 85 Strawberry and apple nose, unripe strawberries, minerals, apple cider, nectarine, not as tart as I noted last year. Better than last year but I would much rather spend 50 on the yellow label. Rated lower than before due to change in how I'm rating but it is definitely better this time than last.

December 31, 2019 - Light pinkish in colour. Very distinctive odors of fresh slightly green strawberries, grass, and a touch of earthiness. Fine mousse. Flavors repeat aromas with a touch of yeastiness and sweet fruit on the finish. Lightness in mouthfeel, definite northern cool climate style.
