  April 16, 2023 - Einer der besten ungeheuer, die ich getrunken habe: voll kräftig immer noch total frisch. Riesling pur. Eher die kraftstrotzende form eines Riesling als die elegante. Macht aber große Freude.

  February 12, 2022 - Not the most refined Riesling, actually a little bit of a bruiser, but then again it‘s Pfalz and a warm vintage. The oak seems better integrated than last time. There is still some notes of sweet spice though I am not particularly fond of in Riesling. Notes of very ripe peach, some vanilla/sweet spices, some flintstone, minerality, also some citrus and mint. It‘s medium-full bodied, pretty big and creamy, it has medium-high acidity that is perceived lower to the overall creaminess. Medium finish. A good Riesling, I am still not sold at all on the oak treatment in Riesling (and probably never will be). Interesting change of pace but I am not gonna start drinking this regullarly.
