Community Tasting Notes 1

March 31, 2024 - Nose has a plethora of things going on. There is a Cox apple and planed fresh ginger character with bitter orange overtones. Palate has a hint of quinine and some lemon juice. Feels fully mature and might have been a little fresher 5 years ago.
