October 28, 2016 - This time we drank it out of Zalto universal glasses instead of Riedel vinum Burgundy glasses. The nose was better and the tannins were more pronounced. On the whole it showed so well that we were unable to resist drinking all of it. Such a lovely and versatile wine!

September 30, 2016 - This begins in a sweetish way but after some air balancing acidity and tannin come in. The earthy, salty red berries nose and the smooth texture is beautiful. Really lovely.
