  February 24, 2018 - Delicious and light, despite a heavy sweet fruit nose. Almost tastes like a cider with nice apple and acid notes.

  November 5, 2017 - Served initially cold at ~50F but let warm up to get full bouquet. Bouquet has notes of green melon, melon rind, floral, mint, and green fruit. Palatte starts initially rich, slightly sweet, and then changes to slightly herbal with a crisp finish. Balance is good with slight acidity dom.

  August 27, 2016 - 12.5% abv. Light straw color, expressive aromas. Pear, Apple and a tropical component on the palate. Rich mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste. Distinctive and very nice!
