July 29, 2022 - A beautiful expression of Chenin Blanc. Tropical fruit, full body, some acidity, well balanced and very flavorful. Drinking well now.

November 4, 2021 - Opened nicely after 90min. Great acid, tropical notes, bit of nuttiness, saline indeed. Two days in the fridge with vacuvin the wine fell flat.

August 27, 2021 - Lemon peel, orange peel, yellow peach, yellow apple, dry honey. Full bodied, good viscosity throughout. Decent acid. The structure of this has unfolded into a beautiful wine at age 6. This is as serious as it gets for SA Chenin.
Probably at peak right now. Paired with local San Diego Uni.
