June 20, 2023 - Maroon colour; lots of ripe cherry, dry herbs; plush though remains fresh, rounded; a swagger to the longish finish. Drink soonish

September 27, 2021 - Medium ruby. Cloves, red plums, coffee with a hint of chocolate on the nose. On the palate, light bodied dark fruit with bright acids and light sweet tannins, long finish. A lovely balance of lightness and depth. Warm and loving. 13.5% alcohol.

June 3, 2021 - Medium ruby. Aromas of red and dark fruit, a hint of sugary dates, dry heath, a touch of floral tobacco. On the palate, a dense attack of deep sweet fruit in a golden acid frame, light supporting tannins, a beautiful melange of light-to-medium body on a very long finish of aromatic salty fruit.

April 6, 2020 - Faint mauve rim, mid -garnet; initial farmyardy whiff quickly blows off, stewed plum, bold; some tannins remain, suppressed fruit, a metallic edge, full; forthright finish. Needs more time.

February 16, 2020 - Lovely aromas of anise, flowers, stewed plums, white pepper. Deep salty fruit on the palate with an acid lilt and a gentle cherry tannic finish.
