March 1, 2012 - Nice pomegranate red. First some taste of petrol, then it subsides to cherry and some blackberry. It opens up very nicely revealing flavors of cassis. The tannins are very smooth and overall it is nicely balanced.

December 4, 2008 - Fairly oaky, some dark fruits, leather, slight smoky earth. Medium to full bodied, decent structure and tannin balance.

August 1, 2008 - Dark cherry red, nut and oak nose. Plum and cherry with medium long finish. Simple, about what I expected of a vintage mut.

June 7, 2008 - A very good wine. Most prominent aroma was bing cherries along with plum and vanilla. This wine could compliment several different styles of food. Good body and character. Finish was silky with soft tannins and black cherries.

June 4, 2008 - Dark fruits on nose, some dark cherry jam, a hint of flowers (maybe pansies). Full bodied in the mouth, heavy tannins, lower acidity, ripe cherries, vanilla, some peatiness in finish.
