December 5, 2011 - Light yellow. melon, pear and anise. Melon, pear and anise flavours. Delicious but not too serious. Probably at the peak of it's development.

December 4, 2011 - Very light in appearance, showing off aromas of fresh white flowers, some flinty/musty characteristics, along with crushed wet rocks and a hint of petrol. Lots of ginger spice on the palate, along with sour lemon, pear, orange zest, petrol, and gunpowder. Slightly oxidative on the palate, quite tart, and very dry. Lots of gripping acidity, with a long finish ending with notes of petrol and lemon zest. Very good.
