October 18, 2023 - Very fresh - no signs of fatigue. It's mineral driven with plenty of red fruit, chalky style, good acidty, Burgundy-charm and wonderful precision. Still young.

August 17, 2023 - mainly plums, quite light, hints of stem and alcohol, lacking length, short finish.

February 11, 2023 - I swear Bize is the Gouges of Savigny. Never ready. I knew this would most likely be clamped down, but I have a few, and performed a check up. Do not open. Material is here- nose is just starting to show some tertiary notes of earth and pine. Pretty red fruit, cool, cool palate that is the essence of pressed cranberry right now. But that's it. Leave it sleeping.

July 2, 2022 - Blind. Light, cool, some red fruit but notable greeness. I was told Etienne Grivot assisted in the winemaking for his vintage. 90

October 8, 2020 - Tight and green on opening. With a few hours it softens up. Pretty dark cherry, cranberry, stems. Nice perfume. Good length with a stone/ almost chalky minerality.
