April 10, 2023 - Calm wine, took about 15 minutes to open up, paired with pork. Limestone, minerals, and a bit of acid.

October 7, 2021 - The Trebbiano is a grape that gives you maximum pleasure when produced by wineries such as Emidio Pepe. Luscious, delicate and full palate. Long finish, longer pleasure.

May 31, 2021 - Translucent pale lime green; lovely aromatic nose of limestone, masonry, wall board, guava, glue, minerals, really cool, interesting, but not funky per se; mouthfilling and lovely on the palate, med. long finish. Really liked this, top of its game with this vintage IMHO. Kind of got buried by the funky orange wines though. Italian Whites aperitivo

November 26, 2020 - A calm and even wine. There's no real discernable fruit but plenty of mineral and some wild herb things. It is waxy and textural, revealing something interesting with every sip. It has volume and power without weight and length to burn. It is hard to describe but easy to drink.

February 12, 2020 - Lovely nose of masonry, reductive notes, orchard fruit skins, hay, really interesting and pretty expressive; full-ish body, silky with good lift in the backend. fantastic with the radish salad and tarajin shroom pasta. Antico
