  November 10, 2023 - Pretty, pale straw, heavy legs. Nose is fresh ripe pears and chamomile. Palate shows a slight, pleasant refermentation and a hint of sweetness.
  Pears, chamomile and vanilla give a nice roundness without overpowering the acidity.
  As it opens up, it fills your mouth with a spicey ginger tea. Enjoyed with pasta & pumpkin sauce.

  March 3, 2021 - Delightfully rich and juicy. Not perfectly integrated but it has creamy finish to go with the peachy fruit.

  (9/2016) "The 2015 Chardonnay (Santa Barbara County) is an attractive wine to drink now and over the next few years. Forward and succulent, the 2015 offers tons of appeal. Orange blossom, white flowers and light buttered notes flesh out in the glass. The addition of 4% Pinot Blanc, 3% Viognier and 3% Riesling, all aromatic varieties, adds pretty floral top notes and also gives the wine more of a white-blend (rather than a pure varietal Chardonnay) personality. Best of all, the 2015 is a terrific value."
