July 14, 2023 - Late night Maison Dakota session. Tasted blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of flinty minerality, touch of integrating toasty oak, ripe citrus lemons, ripe peach, fragrant oil. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toasty oak, flinty stony and chalky minerality, rich ripe lemon with curd, ripe peach. Persistent fine long finish.
Very good quality. My first experience with Guffens-Heynen and I sure hope it is more frequent! Drinking in a great spot already. -

September 10, 2022 - Beaucoup d'ampleur, d'élégance, matière fondue et délicate avant un retour de complexité et d'arômes de fruits/fleurs sur la finale. Densité aussi (millésime). L'élevage est bien fondu, à garder pour un futur grand vin.

May 3, 2022 - Amarillo verdoso muy brillante.. Aroma intenso, flor blanca, cítricos, pedernal y notas mentoladas. La boca es intensa, estructurada y con alta acidez, muy expresivo, muy sabroso, aunque la madera se encuentra demasiado presente, final muy largo. Vino cálido y acogedor
