  August 5, 2018 - Shared with friends while visiting Guemes Island. Inky purple color, nice tannins. A very drinkable blend - a great complement to the grilled lamb chops we had for dinner.

  But immediately plum and vanilla. Then some cherry, juicy blackberry and boysenberry, with hints of spice and leather.
  
  The massively tannic structure leads me to believe this wine will continue to drink well into 2020.

  November 30, 2017 - Excellent balance and flavors...spicy, bay leaf aromas, some red fruit and a little leather, plum on plate with rounded tannins and medium finish. Definitely will buy again!

  March 21, 2017 - - Brick color and aromas of vanilla, cherry, black currant and coffee. It's balanced and has flavours of vanilla, cherry, blackberry and fig with a medium/full body. Round texture with a long finish - Decanted two hours. Tons of tannins, great structure. Let it age.
