  February 24, 2018 - As a wine, it’s an 86 for us. As a Soave, it’s an 89.
  
  Soave wine represents a sense of place, this wine is an excellent example of that. But there’s a reason there are not Gargenega vineyards across the world competing with Chardonnay. Soave’s can be beautiful and flavorful, but their weakness is they struggle to offer succulence or can be watery. This wine does not suffer from that malady, although it’s weakness is its lack of weight.

  January 21, 2018 - Straw in color, this wine shows Bosc pear, slmond and cut flowers on the nose. The mouth feel brought crisp acidity and subtle hints of minerals and more almond elements. The finish was a little short but the nutty. minerality and brisk acidity made it enjoyable. 12.5% abv.
  
  Purchased for $41US at a local Italian restaurant, this was the perfect aperitif to share with a friend while watching the Eagles win the NFC Championship!

  July 8, 2017 - Tart crabapple and apple peel, lemon. Someone else mentioned oyster shell, which is noticeable. Dances on the tongue like a frizzante. Excellent summer day wine.
