January 12, 2023 - Fruit is fading from the last time. It has mellowed and is almost chewy after the sip. Tannins are solid and the wine has a nice balance. Still bold and should be great with the fillets tonight.

January 21, 2022 - Nose: Black cherry, cassis, thyme vegetable garden and soy. Bits of walnut and anise. Palate: The dark berries and black cherry end up giving way to a streak of bright acid and smokey earth notes.
