January 20, 2020 - Still going strong. Medium bodied with plenty of fruit (plum and cherry) and the best funk. Italian funk!

February 20, 2011 - The nose was dominated by bacon and peat, pretty unpleasant. The palate was better. Maybe after 3 or more hours of decanting it would have improved. Anyway it is probably over the hill...

September 10, 2007 - garnet. Just lovely nose of plums, cherries and just a hint that reminds of raisin. Taste the same. The hint of raisin suggests overripe grapes, but just a hint gives some interest. Lovely for the price.
