February 3, 2023 - While not particularly complex, this showed all the characteristic notes of white Bordeaux - where fruity Sauvignon Blanc is reined in by the precision and more honeyed notes of Semillon. Medium acidity and lenght, pretty straightforward but good QPR for a weekday drink.
