February 25, 2023 - We took a taste upon opening and, then, let it wait, opened for 2 hours. The difference was very noticeable as it was quiet on the nose and rich and unctuous on the palate. 2 hours later the was a pronounced nose of stone fruits tending toward apricots with spices and citrus zest and the palate had leveled out to be a beautifully textured experience with pure fruit contrasted by spicy herbs. This finished very long. Delicious!

June 22, 2016 - A beautiful wine in every sense of the word. Fresh, bright, mineral driven, long, rich and concentrated with layers of honeysuckle, white peach, citrus rind, crushed rocks and a hint of tangerine.
