June 28, 2023 - 10th MW Symposium, Wiesbaden - The day before (Weingut Robert Weil): 13%, 4.8gr rs, 7.4gr acid
Keeping the steely mineral profile of the young vintage, pear scented, green apple again, some grassy notes too, lemon leaf, a few dried citrus notes
Palate is juicy, smooth, pear, nice apple freshness, lighter body than expected, tart, med finish. Super tasty !! -

July 8, 2022 - Friday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Crisp and fresh with a good amount of fruit giving this the sensation of being sweeter than it is. Minerally and bright, but not too complex, and without the weight of a GG, this makes for lighter drinking.
