April 25, 2024 - Very layered and expressive on the nose. Sweet, ripe fruit, berries, nougat, spices, hints of dried figs. On the palate very powerful and concentrated. Round, mellow, lush and complex. Very very long. For me a little heavy and tiring, but certainly a great wine. Drink or keep. 92-94(+?)

November 28, 2023 - Better than 1,5 years ago, more developed and complex, especially on day 2. Black color, overwhelming sweet and complex nose. Big, big body. Baked dark fruits, dried apricot, caramelized coffee, pear tart with Bavarian cream, white chocolate, vanilla. All in harmony. Very long and silky finish. The essence of Amarone! Wow.

May 1, 2022 - A monumental wine, super extracted. Very dark color. Complex nose dominated by sweetness. Dark fruit, notes of tobacco, marmalade. Deep. Concentrated. Wonderful Amarone. Long, long finish. Powerful. A future of many more years ahead.
